Rotates the alpha characters in text files by a specified ammount (defaults to 13). This is bascially ROT13'ing a file, except, you can specify the number to rotate by. (including negatives).

This is a really simple program, you may find a use for it, I have. Maybe in the future I'll put in things like uuencode, etc, etc. But I doubt it, programs like that already exists.

Yes, it is very sad when the Copying file is almost twice as big as the program source.
